Problems accessing the info
The app does not work well. When opening it and doing a search it takes a very long time to upload the information. I have to leave mu phone for half an hour before I can find something, and sometimes I get error messages

Apparently you can’t use this app unless your a member of droplii and it doesn’t say where to do it.
Doesn’t tell you it’s subscription based until download
I downloaded this thinking it looked great but it only lets you sign in if you have a paid account.

Good customer service.
After some initial confusion as to why nobody was responding ( there was no one in the office) the customer service has been prompt, productive and responsive.
No problems with my account now and I love the app :-)

I love the app, I think it's a wonderful help for EO users, I imagine you will be adding recipes and protocols!

Super essential oils reference app
This is my go to app for essential oils. Love the protocols, oil information, and recipes.
Dreadful customer service
I tried to purchase the monthly version but they billed me for annual version. Have tried to contact the company to request a refund via their website, by email, direct to Kade who runs it and via Messenger but no reply now for 4 days. Very disappointing.

I got the app since I was referred to it by a book I purchased and can’t use it. 😢😢 it seems to only be available to current members.

It has been a wonderful app and my customers has love having access to it. I enjoy the fact they have access to knowledge to help them get the full benefit of the oils. Would recommend.

Useful for a limited group

After speaking with a member of the tram who created this app, I learned that the reason for the limited oil list is because for the time being, it is focused on being a tool for a specific group of oil users. I simply happened upon it rather than learning about it through word of mouth within that group.
If you ARE a part of their target audience, this is a nice little app with an excellent UI. However, I would not suggest this app for just any EO user.
If someone suggested this app to you because you ARE a part of the target audience, go for it! If you just stumbled across it, this is likely not to be the app you want. 5 stars for the right user, 1 for the wrong user. The company does respond promptly and politely if you have questions or concerns, A+ for customer service!

I cannot connect to my app
Good morning ..
I've had this wonderful app for over a year now and it's been wonderful assisting my family with essential oil recipes..
Now when I touch the app to open , it closes right back up..
Please fix it!!! Please !!!!

I love this app and would give it 4 or 5 stars but every time I go to look up an oil the app suddenly closes after about 5 or more attempts I get in. What gives?
Deleted app after the upgrade
Had been using the app for a while and with the new upgraded version you can no longer access app on iPhone without paying at least $8.99. I tried to log on on website and my account was deleted or no longer exists. I did not upgrade the app on my iPad and the old version still works. Am deeply disappointed and have purchased another app instead.

Love it!
I'm a HUGE fan of Droplii. I especially love the DIY's for blends and different ways to use the oils. This is a big time saver for me when I'm out and about and someone asks me a question. You NEED this app!
