Awesome service!
The crew at DropMint made things very seemless and easy! Their services are guaranteed to make your life more convenient!
You don’t have to spend the day doing laundry.
The app is really easy to use and it only takes a couple of minutes to set up your account. Customer service is wonderful, they will get back to you via text or call within 10 minutes. If you have a family with a lot of laundry, this service would be Ideal because they have a minimum amount they charge, which is for 20 pounds of laundry. As a single person , I don’t have that much laundry on a regular basis. However, they are super flexible and shared that if I’m not ready for a pick up when they send a reminder text, it is not a problem, so you’re not locked in to a schedule. You get the laundry back in a day and it makes it easy to just put it away, since it’s already folded.

Great service!
They are quick, efficient and listen to details as to what your needs are with your family since my family has very sensitive skin. They accommodated us very well..
Laundry Lifesavers!
So happy I found DropMint! I needed my laundry done in a pinch over the holiday weekend, and they were there for me. Easy app navigation to place my order and pay for my order. Service was swift (24 hour turnaround) and even though delivery of my completed laundry was delayed, they ensured everything arrived safely, super clean, and well packaged. I will be using DropMint services again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Lifesaver
Drop mint has taken a load off my day (literally). Super friendly and professional laundry service. Followed my instructions per my clothing requests. Always following up with me to book my next service. I would recommend them to anyone who lets their load of laundry pile up or anyone who hates going to the laundromat (ME). Just relax at home while your laundry is getting washed with pickup and delivery service? Heck yes! Thank you DropMint for making my life easier

Best laundry service Ever
Best thing that ever happened to me was DropMint! They are 100% reliable. Excellent customer service. I love the scent and how well folded the clothes is! They pick up and deliver the next day! 🤩 and I don’t have to worry about going to the laundromat to fight for washers!
Great service
They are so convenient, responsive and the cleaning is wonderful

Miss their old deals
Amazing service
I had two garbage bags of laundry and needed them done by the next day. They were perfect! The customer service keeps you updated if you connect with them on their Instagram. I got my laundry picked up at night and then they delivered it the next night in a big purple bag to keep by 7pm. My clothes were perfectly clean and folded and got most of the white cat hair off.

App actually sucks
The app sucks. You can’t log back in if you accidentally log out and when you try to click forgot password to reset your password. It doesn’t even email you a recent link. Support is no help. They don’t actually offer to fix the app. They just ask that you schedule a pick up via text instead which is really inconvenient when need to change payment information. I couldn’t even create a new account.

Laundry is actually easy!
Used them for the first time and it won’t be the last time! Quick and easy! No anxiety or stress… just put the clean clothes away. 😊
10/10 experience! WOW
Amazing!!! Telling everyone about you guys! Shocked at how easy that process was and the communication the whole time. You guys are amazing! Even the delivery guy met my husband and he was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Mother of two and I do laundry for my whole household! This helped me soooo much. Instead of sitting and spending hours doing laundry I got that time back to spend with my family 💕 10/10!!!

Super Easy!
Pickup was easy, everything came back clean, neatly folded. I also appreciated how organized everything was when returned. It saved me so much time, especially with a larger load (I had like 5 trash bags!!) Definitely worth it if you need help staying on top of laundry without the stress. I would use the service again.

Very good service!
Very good and efficient service. I will start weekly as well which is slightly cheaper. This saves incredible amount of time.
Love DropMint!
We’ve been using DropMint for a few years. Easy, reliable and fast. Great customer service too!
Convenient and Affordable
Very convenient and affordable! Especially on days when I just do NOT have the time or energy to do my own laundry.
Finally, a reliable laundry service
Tried DropMint recently and I’m officially hooked. The driver was right on time, and the app is super intuitive to use. My clothes came back smelling great and, more importantly, they were folded better than I could ever do myself. It’s a bit of a luxury, but for the time it saves, it’s 100% worth it.
