Best laundry service Ever
Best thing that ever happened to me was DropMint! They are 100% reliable. Excellent customer service. I love the scent and how well folded the clothes is! They pick up and deliver the next day! 🤩 and I don’t have to worry about going to the laundromat to fight for washers!

Amazing service
I had two garbage bags of laundry and needed them done by the next day. They were perfect! The customer service keeps you updated if you connect with them on their Instagram. I got my laundry picked up at night and then they delivered it the next night in a big purple bag to keep by 7pm. My clothes were perfectly clean and folded and got most of the white cat hair off.

App actually sucks
The app sucks. You can’t log back in if you accidentally log out and when you try to click forgot password to reset your password. It doesn’t even email you a recent link. Support is no help. They don’t actually offer to fix the app. They just ask that you schedule a pick up via text instead which is really inconvenient when need to change payment information. I couldn’t even create a new account.

Laundry Done With Ease!
DropMint is so easy to use to keep up in my laundry since I don’t have a washer and dryer. This is a solution ex to my busy work week. I don’t want to spend my weekend doing it. So this is perfect. Super Easy!
Pickup was easy, everything came back clean, neatly folded. I also appreciated how organized everything was when returned. It saved me so much time, especially with a larger load (I had like 5 trash bags!!) Definitely worth it if you need help staying on top of laundry without the stress. I would use the service again.

Tried DropMint recently and I’m officially hooked. The driver was right on time, and the app is super intuitive to use. My clothes came back smelling great and, more importantly, they were folded better than I could ever do myself. It’s a bit of a luxury, but for the time it saves, it’s 100% worth it.

Convenient laundry pickup service in a no-frills app
App is pretty self explanatory and lets you preview costs and set up payment easily. Support is really easy to access and very responsive with any issues, but I've had none while using the app. Very nice service to have in a pinch!

Its was fast service and communication was amazing all way from pick up to delivery. Also it's a time saver knowing that after a long day of work and sports practice just come home to putting away clothes.
