AI slop
This was marketed as a social media site for people with chronic illnesses to get real info from real patients and doctors. Instead it’s AI Slop and some lady talking about why you should get more creative in your marital bed.
Finally True Vertical Video Health Communities!
I have a chronic disease and although I like Reddit, the truth is that I predominately consume content on TikTok and Reels these days but they are both largely irrelevant, inaccurate or I just don’t trust the creators there.
With that in mind, this app has been a life saver. It’s designed for health specific content and even disease content so patients and people with chronic conditions, or cancer can share valuable information, tips, advice, whatever. You can even ask a question and have a doctor answer it.
The best part is that I started creating in-app and actually get paid. On TikTok you need a massive following to make money, on Drops you can start earning immediately.

Real Talk
I love how much of an authentic space “drops” is. I’m getting medical information but in a way that just feels real and conversational. And it’s not getting lost in a sea of content like other apps.
Finally a safe space
I’m so excited to be part of the drops community and be able to speak freely about my experience with chronic disease without judgment. We love an app that genuinely wants to create community.
Social meets health
A great app for credible info about health in a social context
