What's New in Dropshot

2.3.1

October 25, 2026

Play to 9: New Match now offers 9-point games, on iPhone and Apple Watch. Courtside speaker: turn on Settings › Gameplay › Announce Score and your iPhone calls the score through a connected Bluetooth speaker, even on silent. Watch voice that waits for you: your watch keeps listening until you finish talking, and taps your wrist when it's ready. Scoreboard naps: if your Dropshot scoreboard falls asleep mid-game, you'll see a moon instead of a "Connection Timeout". Your next point wakes it with the right score, or tap the moon to wake it sooner. New scoring: DreamBreaker, and MLP rally games that must be won on serve.

Awesome addition to my pickleball gear.

I love how easy this app is to navigate and how it’s made my friends envious of my new scoring app. No more mixed up scores. Or forgotten scores.

The only thing I’d want is for the app to allow games of 9 points as that’s what we play sometimes to speed up games while other players are waiting.

What a journey

From a consumer perspective and a backer the amount of time and effort put into this project is astonishing.. dedication to something that has been through plenty of trials and tribulations to get to this point can not be understated.. the scoreboard arrived today and the app has officially become an AppStore downloadable.. the excitement is overflowing.. can’t wait for others to enjoy and to see these boards everywhere.. the quality and craftsmanship of this scoreboard can not be expressed truly in words.. very very high quality and intuitive.. can’t wait to show the pickleball community where I live
