Won't connect to DropBox

Ergo can't use it. Good thing I got this app for free under promotional? The question is, why the hell was this app being offered under an apple promotion since it hasn't been updated for approximately 3 years?

It's too bad because I can certainly use this.

I installed it and now it says it can't login to Dropbox

User limit reached

I purchased this app and when I try and connect my Dropbox it says the apps user limit is reached and to contact the app developer to increase their user limit. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY
