I love this app , we need more of this from us humans ,we want to love and care for these creatures but illness and infections and check ups are costly , we all look for the advice, support experience for that piece of mind and this app gives it to you !

Quick and Good Advice!
I was very concerned about my little dog and wasn’t sure if I needed to take her to the emergency vet. I was about to panic. Instead, I sought the advice from a vet, Dr. Thompson, on this app, and she calmed me down. Yes, it was very serious, but as long as she was not showing any symptoms, I didn’t need to rush to the vet. She checked on my pet the following two days. A great app, and a great vet! Vets answer back as soon as possible and you get very detailed answers on what seems to be the issue and also what steps you should take further! Highly recommend to anyone!

The app is completely free and it’s very helpful. You can learn a lot about your pets and how you’re taking care of them, with daily quizzes (which give you Paw rewards) and consultations with vets at anytime you need advice. The Paw rewards can get you donations to the ASPCA or Amazon gift cards. I use this app frequently when I begin to get worried about one of my pets. The veterinarians on the site are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this for any pet owner. It’s an excellent tool.

BEST VET ADVICE EVER!
This app is absolutely amazing!! The vet responds to your question quickly and the advice is TOP NOTCH!! They also send you an email checking on your pet to see how they’re doing! I’m one of those pet parents that’s always worrying about my cat, and Dr. Tail has gotten me through many issues with great advice and a lot of compassion and care! I highly recommend Dr. Tail to every pet owner!!

Very slow
My Guinea pig had gotten very very sick but we couldn’t afford to take her to a regular vet. We were looking for homely methods to help her but the problem was that we didn’t know what was wrong with her. I downloaded this app and immediately asked my questions. It took them over 48 hours to answer. By the time I had gotten a response my Guinea pig had already past away. I know that I needed a regular vet because nothing was working but who knows, Maybe if they had responded faster I would still have my Lilo today.☹️

Problem
First of all the app is not working I clicked on it it wont open please don’t download the app

I saw this online after I googled for an onlie cheap vet. Did the online survey and submitted a question. I downloaded the app as my verification message prompted me to. But once I put my number and code into the app it asks to use my activity. It doesnt give me the usual ‘Do you allow this app’ question so I click continue and it prompts me with the same ‘Allow dr.tail to use your activity’ I click continue once again and it prompts me with yet again the same screen. I deleted and redownloaded the app but it still does the same thing… don’t know if its my phone or just the app.

I dont want to pay??
This app was good when I first used it in October. They answered my question and everything was great. I ended up deleting it due to storage issues on my phone and another issue with my dog arised so I downloaded it again. I tried to type my question like normal and I uploaded a picture but at the end it told me to choose a plan. This caught me off guard because last time it was completely free. I just have a question about my dog I dont know what this update is but I’m not paying 10 bucks for this!!!
