Fixes a start-up problem. On some phones the app could stop at the drum-head splash screen and never reach the tuner— it waited on a signal that never arrived. It now always opens. The bar above the tuner tabs also reserved space twice, which pushed the last line of on-screen guidance out of view; that space is back.
