Really good app, but constantly needing to update is annoying

I love this app, it has helped my playing so much just by playing the songs over and over again. I just hate to open the app and needed to update it after literally using it just fine the day before. It would be a 5 star but for the minor inconvenience every time I want to drum, it gets annoying fast.

The Best App for Rudimental Drumming

This is the only app of the kind for rudimental drumming. Super useful both to generally find pieces to play and to feel a sense of progression in your playing. There are so many fantastic exercises on here, you’d be really hard pressed to play them all before they add more. I wish there were more scores available in the free version, I think there was when I first got the app a bit over a year ago, but the subscription is worth it and mostly what I use.

Make videos of them please Jeff

We have put together this audition packet to try and make the audition process as simple and straight forward as possible. As long as you go through the entire packet and let the information digest a bit, you should have a very clear idea of what you need to do to prepare for your Blue Devils Battery audition.

Wow

Good but everything is literally on the premium version

Very good app!

I have been using this app for a bit over a month now and it has been amazing! The features are very convenient and easy to use, and there are a lot of scores on the app to play along to. I highly recommend this app to anyone at any skill level of drumming!!

Great practice tool

My only ‘critique’ with this app so far is that it didn’t exist when I was first starting drums. It’s a great tool if you want to expand your rep or break down your grooves and licks nice and slow.

Amazing!

What an app, weather your a beginner all the way to professional it’s has something for everyone! It’s easy to use, motivates you but pushes you to your next potential! Download it and get playing!!!!!

Inspires Me To Learn

Whenever I open this app, I am genuinely inspired to become better at drums! Whether it be a new groove or set of fills I’ve always wanted to learn, or a snare lick, this app has already made me a better drummer in the short time I’ve had it.

1 Star

I rated this 5 star so everyone sees it!! This app actually sucks!! You have to subscribe to premium in order to do anything!! I couldn’t even do a simple beat on the drums or even a warmup on snare without it saying I have to subscribe to premium!!! The creators of this should honestly delete this!! Every good star in here is from bots and themselves!! You make it look so good in instagram but it actually sucks!!

Good

The app performs well, good features and all. However, when this app released there were lots of free scores and stuff but now almost everything is paid. I understand some of the branded exercises but like some stuff like stick control is paid. That combined with no subscription sharing for my family makes it hard to want to use often. My dad pays for this subscription and wants to share it with me but the app has it disabled.

Amount of music

There’s a lot of music sure but 90% of it is for premium which is 10 a month if anything at that point you should just get a teacher to teach you more, I went for the beginner lessons to help myself with basic stuff inhibit not know and I could barely find anything.

Great app!

Super easy to use and fun to play along with the charts as a marching percussionist/drumset performer! Highly recommend to anyone looking to keep up on their skills or just get better in general!

Good but hard to convert files

I wanted to work on my show music and couldn’t convert the files as they came from MuseScore but other than that it’s a great app

Please lower the subscription fee

This is a great app that helps with rudiments my only bad thing is that you have to have a subscription to do most of the stuff it offers

Good for any level drummer

This app had a pretty basic library to begin with, however now has a full library of resources ranging from 8’s to WGI level materials, and this app is still new-ish so I’m sure there is much more to come. I am very excited to see where this app ends up because any player can learn a lot from it and it is such a fantastic practice resource, it gives the normal monotonous practice routine something that is different and fun (and if you are trying to make a spot on any line it can help you clean all the basics to a T)

Not worth it

Wildly aggressive subscription model when everything around us is always a subscription. Every thing is taken from other materials which are cheaper, more accessible, and more useful in their original forms.

Great for improving fundamentals

Drumr is a great resource for people looking to improve and expand their drumming knowledge. As well they just added tenors which is amazing!

Good for chop building

I’m satisfied.
You should make the tempo slider less sensitive, kinda like the one that was used in the freestyle rudiments app.

Helped me learn the basics fast

We have a parade coming up that our band is committed to and our WHOLE drum line backed out. We tried to find nearby bands to cover, but no luck. With just two weeks before the parade, a group of us decided to learn some basics very quickly to cover our butts (cause you can’t match without a snare!) We’re still practicing, but I have a much better feeling about it now than before I started using drumr.

Add Mcnutt Special🙏

But seriously, this is a great app. This has helped me greatly to learn Suzi and cheese, so thank you Drumr! Would recommend 9/10
