The pickup agent did not come on time ;and he keeps delaying by giving the excuses and also ; the pickup agent also demands for express delivery which will be 40% surge to the total amount. Worst experience and needs to be solved asap. Also,raised a complaint issuing the same to their email,didn’t got any response from their side. Therefore,I must say

Misplaced clothing item - Highly Disorganised
I had given 15 clothing items for laundry, while the delivery agent recorded only 14 on the app. On asking, one of the delivery agents showed me the missing item to confirm if it was mine and assured me that it would be returned after washing in another day. A different delivery agent then told me that my belonging had already been given to another customer since they also claimed it. It is extremely distressing to lose items and having to follow up multiple items for a missing cloth. I have since then received no compensation for the item that was wrongly given to the other customer. Would very strongly NOT recommend using their service, only adding this review here to save others the trouble.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
The service has been consistently underwhelming. Pickups and deliveries are often delayed, and the app offers no useful tracking or updates. When trying to reach customer support, you're routed to a basic WhatsApp bot with no access to a human representative. They also list a customer support phone number, but no one ever answers. Despite promising delivery within 96 hours, my most order has been delayed for over a week with zero communication. They even lost a clothing item on a past order and failed to take responsibility. There's a clear lack of reliability and customer care.

I have been relentlessly chasing your customer care regarding my order which was picked up way back on 4th April. I have no idea where my order is, how much longer would the delivery take.
