Nightmare to setup, couldnāt order in the end
With Covid-19 they make it mandatory to use their app. We couldnāt get a pint in 30 mins and staff werenāt helpful either. They said if the app doesnāt work, they canāt do anything. It took several attempts to put 2 pints in the basket, then couldnāt checkout.
As a one-off customer I donāt recommend this place.
Question: why do I have to give my e-mail address 3x?
1st: Track and trace. This could be managed from the app, why a separate website, when the app also asks for all details again?
2nd: Wifi. Why do you need my e-mail for the wifi? Iām using it for ordering through your app, where you ask for it anyway. As you donāt have network reception, thereās no alternative anyway.
3rd: Ordering: why do you need my address details to order a pint? Youāre not delivering it to my address. For card details 1st line of address and postcode should be sufficient if absolutely necessary.

App is a bit fiddly to set up at the start but once your in itās all good and totally worth it for the beer
