Absolutely useless when it keeps crashing

Has good customer support for anything.

Fix the app please.

Gotta love waiting for the app to load after 3 reinstalls and phone resets. Can’t depend on the app to access my bank.

Why isn’t Face ID working anymore?

Ever since this most recent update in August, Face ID quit working and I have to type in my entire username and password every single time. Please fix this. Thanks

When DSB released app version 12.3.0, it did turn off (but not deactivate) the Face ID settings at the app level. You need to login to the app with your username and password, then click Profile, then activate the Face ID setting. Face ID also must be activated on the phone/device being used. Questions, send to online@dsbks.com.

This app is fantastic. Allows me to easily balance accounts, transfer and deposit money and pay bills. Love it.

I have been with many banks throughout the years. DSB is one of the few banks that will not allow me to choose my own pin number, takes several days to post transactions to my online account, had an out-dated (slow) bill pay process, and has a phone application that is not on the cutting edge of technology.

Recently when I had a problem logging onto the website and accomplishing my desired task on the phone application, I called the main branch and had to try several different extensions before I was connected to a live individual. Once I spoke to the life person, I was told that she couldn't do anything about my problem and it was my Internet Service Provider that was the issue. That was not the case, as I had Internet connectivity and could log on to many websites other than DSB's website. When I informed her of that information, she seemed unwilling to help me resolve my issue, and referred me to yet another person within the bank .

Great app

I love this app! I never have to drive my check to the bank again (or put it in my purse and forget about it). simple to use.

Love the app but it did some security thing that prevents me from adding payers, editing bills under bill pay. The app does not allow this but if you are using safari then opening bill pay you can until you upload this app. So as long you don't need to add payers or edit payments this app is great. If you ever plan to to use bill pay avoid this app. Wish Denison would get the app completed.
