Upon clicking notification it doesn’t show the data
App loads very slow and once we receive the notification and we click the same the app loads and does not show the date in the notification it shows a blank screen

When ever we try to login it’s asks OTP.
We never received OTP in mobile. Every time we have to go and check mails which is very very irritating.
Even bank apps not asking OTP every time . If we set pin and we can login through that.

Need to improve
Every time we open DSE app it is asking for OTP generation and login again and the OTP doesn’t receive on mobile devices through SMS but goes to in app messages box. We have check OTP only in registered email id’s and a person doesn’t register their email I’d then?
