Great content and easy to use
Took a while to get in but the app is really easy to use and has some great news stories and events. Easily booked a few while at the show on the go
Worst conference/events app I’ve ever used
- Buggy registration section, which doesn’t always tick your interests when you try to (multiple times)
- The venue map is not readable at all. Totally useless.
- Agenda section lists the events, but not where they are. When you click the agenda item, there is no information
- No way to add an agenda item to your calendar and no scheduling capability
- Networking feature is broken
- Notifications are broken
I can’t find anything so will be wandering around like a lemon.

Just the worst show app
Poor all round. Good as useless.
Unusable
It simply doesn’t work. The email verification doesn’t work, the registration doesn’t work and the app itself doesn’t work.
Frustrating!
Unable to upload profile, have tried countless ways to log in without success. Have given up!
Verification code not recognized
The app does not recognize the correct account verification code at all. It says “something went wrong”
Crashes all the time
Rather unusable to do exhibitor searches. The previous app (2023 edition) was much better!
Floor plan unusable
As long as you are trying to find a company which starts with the letter “A”, it’s fine. Otherwise it’s freezes and is unusable
Does not work
Many functions don’t work, I have invited people who are expecting my invitation who never receive! No chance to book meetings. It keeps crashing. Signing in always takes me back to login even though I have it setup in passwords. Very unimpressed!!
Worst conf app
Without doubt the worst conference app I’ve ever used. Functionality not working, freezes constantly, infuriating to use.

Simple than other apps I’ve used at shows, floor plan could be easier to navigate but helpful for scheduling of meetings
Doesn’t Work
Add me to the list of not being able to set it up. I raised a support ticket, and was told it was fixed. It wasn’t.
Slow and Can’t upload a profile pic
Initially, the app wouldn’t log me in. They then took it off the App Store. It now works however, the app is extremely slow, and when setting up the profile, it wouldn’t take the profile picture, it comes back with an error saying picture failed moderation.

You’re not alone on those unexpected errors during login.
Doesn’t work
App continually throws an error on log in. No support from DSEI and now just days to go to the event. Don’t waste your money on a gateway subscription
