Unreliable
Despite following the user guide, I’m unable to connect with the dash cam. Can’t detect it on my iPhone 7. It used to connect for the first 3 months and then just stopped! The download time when it worked was very slow

Video doesn’t play in app
Can’t view video on iPhone . When I open app and connect camera , select video file it doesn’t play, just a still picture. Use to be able to view video before
Good app so far, please fix the misspelt word
So far using the app with the dashcam has been very good.
However the built-in camera warning voice sound (LDWS, FCWS) is pointless and useless, as it cannot be heard over vehicle background noise - perhaps better to send the warning via the phone app, which in turn could possibly play through the vehicle audio system.
Another annoying thing (which really points to the QA), within the tab views “SD Card Files” and “Local Files”, please change the spelling of the word “Deleate” to “Delete”.
Overall, thanks for the app and the dashcam, hope to see continual improvements.

Could do with an upgrade
I feel like this app could do with a serious upgrade, took me almost 2 hours to download a 4 min video, tried multiple attempts to do it with the app crashing and the video just not downloading, ended up giving up and screen recorded it from my phone. I can’t access footage without having wifi connect to the camera. The times and date stamp is completely wrong on footage and the only way to correct it is if you open the app and connect the camera every time you want to use the dash cam, that’s the only way the time and date will update. The layout and quality is perfect, if these 3 things were fixed the app would be amazing
