Ok for basic viewing
I had expected to be able to setup and save a grid with live view of the cameras in the grid. I’ve not been able to save a grid layout to easily access after login.
Waste of time
The play back does not work the whole purpose of having DSS software is to view and play back via mobile yet this app ones no play back any videos rather go hikvision probably get better service
Terrible functionality
The computer version of this is great. Mobile is terrible. Easily the worst app I have ever used.
Domain Login
Local accounts when connecting to DSS pro work however domain accounts don’t. 5 stars would be deserved if this was fixed. Functionality is core to our business.
best app for camera
i use it to monitor my company from remote. I think it is very cool.
Network error
My NV DHI-NVR4216-16P-4KS2 won’t connect keep getting an error
