The latest update has made app more user friendly and provides a better experience. It comes in handy.
Nonfunctional
Unfortunately the app is just a digital membership card. Nothing works within the app outside of that. No updates about events, notifications, etc. I feel like it was likely forgotten about.

Love the app! Please update to cover of app to reflect who we fully are as Social Action is missing. Thank you!
Never works
There’s always a bug. It shuts down on its own. Prevents me from logging in, randomly. App needs a lot of work.

I am unable to see the app on my phone. I have to visit the App Store to go into the app.
Not user friendly
1. Cannot access app after the latest update. 2. There is not even a forgot password or reset feature.
3. The having trouble link takes you to the website but none of the drop down choice includes the app

Updated app don’t work for iPad. Unable to access app after entering my credentials.

Functional, but not the most user-friendly
I am thankfully for a fully-functioning app that can be used for multiple membership needs.
One thing that is consistently a problem for me is downloading documents from the app to send by email. The app makes it darn near impossible to send large files by email. The option to open a document in .pdf form in the email app of one’s own choosing rather than the phone’s native email application would be helpful. Just to download one large document I had to (1) open the document, (2) send it as a link in a blank email to another email account, (3) open the link in the mobile web browser, (4) send the document by email from the web browser as an attachment, then finally (5) open the email and attachment to print. That is far too many steps to print a file.

Love it so far! The virtual membership card is great! Can’t wait to see what the remainder holds!

This new improved app is much better tban was the last. I love you the virtual membership card.
