The app has been redesigned. It now runs on iOS 26 Liquid Glass. Navigation is a fixed bottom bar now: Contacts, Recents, Voicemail, Chat, Queues. The old drawer is gone. Settings, caller ID, and status all sit behind your avatar. First time you open the app, your full company directory is already there. No setup, no syncing. Just an All / Favourites toggle. If you're on a call, a transfer button shows up next to each contact. Tap once to pick the contact, once to confirm. You never leave the call screen. It installs as a regular update. No reinstall, no reconfiguration, and your settings carry over.
