Jâai utilisĂ© le service Digital taxback pendant mes congĂ©s dâoctobre en France. La prestation Ă©tait parfaite. RĂ©ponses rapides Ă mes questions via le chat. Bordereaux complets reçus avant le dĂ©part et remboursement de la dĂ©taxe en 24h sur mon compte bancaire. Rien Ă dire.

J'ai utilisé cette application lors de mon dernier voyage en France, et je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement surpris. L'enregistrement a été rapide, et le service aprÚs-vente a répondu assez rapidement à mes questions. Cependant, j'ai été déçu de constater que deux articles importants n'ont pas été pris en compte sans explication. Malgré cela, dans l'ensemble, j'ai vraiment apprécié l'utilisation de l'application, et je la recommande.

Getting my tax back is so much easier now! I like the user experience but most and foremost I love how easier it is to get ask for an invoice rather that a taxback form at the shop, no need to queue for too long in malls to get the taxback form. I also love that I m getting more tax back than the classic global blue and co so thank you so much!

Lâapplication est vraiment magnifique.
Le gain de temps pour faire la detaxe est Ă©norme et il y a bcp moins de frais quâavec ne parcours classique.
On peut additionner nos achats et donc câest trĂšs utile pour le plafond de la detaxe dans mon cas.
Pour finir le service client est réactif dans la minute et le remboursement est trÚs rapide.
Je recommande vivement dâutiliser cette appli.

I never get back my tax before when I was in France. It was my very first time! I bought a lot of things with a lot of bills. And to be honest:
1) The App is extremely easy to use, only essential information on the screen, everythingâs obvious.
2) Whenever I had a question, the team was extremely reactive, when I say reactive itâs on the minute!!
3) The process is so simple that you just want to buy more and more đ. And at the airport I saw so many people having so many barcodes and tax forms. It literally took me 20 seconds. Just ONE barcode for EVERYTHING you bought.
4) Iâm writing this comment on a Friday afternoon. I scanned the barcode and it was validated instantly yesterday evening. I received the tax refund Friday morning.
