Disruptive

This app doesn’t let me click any raffles to enter which is very disappointing because it’s only way to enter raffles. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app bet still with same results which is very frustrating

The App

App is weird to operate. Sometimey. Sometimes it’ll let you enter raffles and then the other it tells you to sign in and there’s no way to sign in. Filters does NOT work properly and most importantly, I have been robbed of all my trendsetter points and CS is horrible and is NOT knowledgeable of the app or anything regarding. Frustrating dealing with DTLR. Dislike company

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

Every time I call I get a wait time ranging from 11-13mins once I wait on hold for about 25 mins automated system gets on and hangs me up!! I’ve been calling 3 days straight same issue.. If you value your money spend it somewhere your dollar is valued.

Order just canceled with zero explanation!

I made a purchase of two pairs of Jordan 1 lows shoes . It was about two weeks ago, and they were for my two sons who had birthday coming up. I was pretty excited for them. After a while of waiting for them to update the shipping info I noticed noticed it was now canceled. No explanation. Pretty disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere.
