Decent but confusing
It gets the job done but i have my critiques. Very minor ones. Mostly digital glitches that could be fixed in time. Like my keyboard covering text boxes, alerts with gibberish, logging in every time i pop away for a second. Nothing bad just tiny annoyances. But i dont use it daily so its not a huge deal just for bills or reports.

It’s need revision
It needs a revision. The priorities are set for the business not the guest. The maintenance and contact is buried. Oh and to get a new password leaves you hanging with no instructions on what should be happening. Are they emailing me? Are they giving me a temporary? What is happening?
Bad data pop ups
The app is riddled with constant pop ups that are random letters and symbols.

Scheduling Maintenance
I think the DTN property management app could be much more helpful with a built-in calendar feature. It would be great to have an easy way to view available maintenance times and schedule appointments directly through the app. Being able to see upcoming visits, get reminders, and track the status of requests would make the whole process more organized and convenient for residents.
In-app messaging: A simple chat or message center to communicate with the office or maintenance staff would reduce back-and-forth phone calls.
And if this is already a feature, it is not that user friendly because I couldn’t find it.
