English version removed
This app is great, and was extremely useful, until the Dec 19 update where the ability to use the app in English was somehow removed.
Edit: they fixed it a month later, Jan 24 was when I noticed the language option was back. Changed rating to reflect.

No English?
English was removed, so I removed the app, so stupid to remove English as a language choice.

Gatineau is multilingual, what the hell happened?
The app removed the English language entirely. Gatineau is one of the most language diverse areas of Quebec, and you remove the other official language of the country? What a horrible decision

No English Options!
The country is called Canada not France. Even France has English options! Forcing French means more will move out of Gatineau.
Mandatory language change
It’s not nice to force change a language on an app without giving the ability to bring it back to normal
Only French
The app is now only available in French. I am bilingual and still don’t think it’s right. Both Francophones and Anglophones pay the same in taxes but aren’t able to receive the same services.

App no longer bilingual. Deleted it.
English was removed
Shame on you for removing the English option from the app. It was excellent, inclusive, and very well liked by anyone I know. Until you spoiled it by allowing Quebec politics in.
French only now
Very disappointed. I’m bilingual but I’m tired of the push for French.
Changed language requirements
It was a great app until the latest update. It’s now only in French and the language settings cannot be changed. We want to support the environment with proper disposal but they are now making it a lot harder.

English speakers don’t bother downloading
Vraiment ? “Updated language settings” On dirait plutôt que le paramètre de langue a été supprimé.
English gone?
Oh common Quebec, really!?! we can’t even have our garbage App in English? You don’t mind taking my English tax money at the same amount as the French speaking citizens, but only providing service in French. What a deal you take the same amount of money but only offer service to half your citizens.
Rétablir l’option en anglais, svp
L’anglais semble avoir été retirée dans une mise à jour récente. C’est dommage, parce que ça rend l’application difficile à utiliser pour des anglophones qui ont aussi besoin d’accéder à l’info de base (horaires de collecte, avis, changements, etc.). S’il vous plaît, rétablissez l’option en anglais pour que tout le monde puisse utiliser l’application.

Was a great app now French only
I used this app for years, per the last update the app is now in French only, can’t seem to switch language.
Changed to French
After this last update, the language is in French now and I don’t see how to change it back to English. I will have to delete the app now, unless you tell me how to revert back to English.

Depuis un certain temps, je reçois les notifications en anglais malgré que la langue de l’application est français.
