Approved compliance items (5.1.5 Location, 5.1.1(v) Account Deletion, 2.1(a) Camera, 3.2 Public-Recruitment-Pipeline) remain exactly as approved. PREVIOUSLY-APPROVED COMPLIANCE (UNCHANGED) GUIDELINE 5.1.5 — LOCATION SERVICES Login overlay offers "Continue without location" and "Accept & Continue" — both grant full access. Declining does not sign out. Location requested ONLY by Timer (shift clock-in) just-in-time at point of use. Users who decline can still use rota, leave, chat, announcements, profile, HR/IT support, training, documents, and account deletion. GUIDELINE 2.1(A) — CAMERA NSCameraUsageDescription, NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription, NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription, and NSMicrophoneUsageDescription are in Info.plist. iOS prompts for permission instead of crashing on Take Photo. GUIDELINE 5.1.1(V) — ACCOUNT DELETION In-app deletion: My Hub → Settings → Delete My Account. Retype email. Immediate sign-out; data removed within 30 days, statutory records move to a locked archive. GUIDELINE 3.2 — DISTRIBUTION RATIONALE Official mobile workspace for Diaspora Together Trust and Support Association (non-profit global volunteer/staff network). Closed workforce portal; accounts issued by Support after public recruitment/onboarding on dttasa.org/volunteer-opportunities and idealist.org. No in-app creation. Distributed via Public App Store due to geographically split workforce across regions where Apple Business Manager is unavailable. ACADEMY (TRAINING) • New Overview screen with learning outcomes, TOC, and assessment preview. • Mobile TOC drawer + IntersectionObserver scroll gate replace manual button; page reads tracked automatically. • Mixed assessment engine (True/False, Scenario, Fill-in-the-blank, MC); attempts sample fresh random subsets to prevent identical retakes. • Unlimited retakes; pass/fail timestamps (passedAt/failedAt/lastAttemptAt) tracked for compliance. • Training Compliance widget on Data Intelligence tracks expired/expiring/failed-last status by department. MOBILE POLISH (iOS-focused) • Notification panels dock to viewport instead of overflowing on iPhone. • My Hub, Leave Centre, Feedback Hub, Safeguarding Board, Ops Dashboard, Comms Board, HR Monitor refit for 320–414px iPhone widths. • Leave Calendar polished with cubic-bezier animations and clearer state colours. • Safeguarding sidebar toggle fixed for iOS load. • Feedback Hub iOS header-bleed fixed (content doesn't hide under status bar). • Floating Messages icon moved to header next to bell. HOW TO RETEST (FROM BUILD 4) Sign in → tap "Continue without location". Portal opens, rota visible, no sign-out (5.1.5). My Hub → Personnel Profile → tap profile image → "Take Photo" triggers camera prompt (2.1(a)). My Hub → Settings → "Delete My Account" → retype email → "Request Deletion" → immediate sign-out (5.1.1(v)).
