Die geführte Meditation von Maria ist eine wunderbare Motivation sich für eine kurze Zeit aus dem Alltagswahnsinn auszuklinken, Spannung abzubauen, innere Kraft zu schöpfen. Und das an jedem Ort und zu jeder Zeit! Dieses App hat schon lange gefehlt!! Die Tonqualität ist hervorragend und Marias Anleitung macht es mir als Anfängerin leicht, ihr zu folgen!
