While no platform can guarantee zero misuse, we actively investigate reports and take prompt action to protect our community. dua.com was created to connect Albanians worldwide, and any account actions are based strictly on our community guidelines, never on race. Weâre sorry if this felt unclear or unfair from your perspective. Premium does not create or inflate likes. All likes come from real users. With Premium, you also gain access to more specific filters, which can narrow down the number of profiles in your area based on your preferences. Location differences may occur because users travel, set broader distance preferences, or live abroad as part of the Albanian diaspora.

Ich habe in meinen Einstellungen ausschlieĂlich angegeben, dass ich albanische Frauen kennenlernen möchte. Aus Neugier habe ich trotzdem Premium gekauft und viel geliked bzw. aussortiert. Mit Premium wurden mir plötzlich viele Profile aus SĂŒdamerika oder Nordafrika angezeigt. Nachdem mein Premium abgelaufen ist, kamen wieder die albanischen Frauen.
AuĂerdem gab es auch einige offensichtliche Fake-Profile.
FĂŒr mich wirkt das insgesamt nicht fair, sondern eher wie Abzocke â vor allem, wenn man ohne Premium nur 5 Likes pro Tag vergeben kann.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We understand how frustrating this can feel. Likes are generated by real users, not controlled or reduced based on subscription status. Subscribing only unlocks features (such as seeing who liked you, advanced filters, etc.), but it does not limit or remove likes. Variations in likes usually depend on activity levels, location, profile visibility, filters and how active other users are at that time.

Great App! Have Some Suggestions
It would be very useful to revisit profiles. Since I live in a place with fewer Albanians, I went through my matches very quickly, and I am currently out of profiles. I paid for premium but there is no more profiles, so the app becomes unusable unless someone new joins. A refresh or second look option would solve this.
Premium users could also benefit from features that add real value besides unlimited likes. On Hinge, for example, your likes appear at the top for the person you send them to. It rewards paying users without hurting anyone else and makes paying feel worthwhile.
There is also a recurring issue where I canât like or x out a profile because the app keeps showing the message âSomething went wrong. Please try again later. Status: 15.â
Some profiles that are recommended to me show up as locked the moment I tap them. If a profile is locked, it would help to know why it is being recommended at all, or why it would remain locked for someone who is premium.
Lastly, being able to zoom or crop pictures, and preserving the original image quality, would make profiles better.
I hope these ideas help. I like the app and want to see it continue to grow.
