Problem

I took a couple of videos on it and it was working great, I went to see them and in the app I couldn’t see the videos!

No free view mode

I bought this to use for streaming but I realized after I bought it you cannot remove the camera controls from the screen so it’s useless to me

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. This app is designed for recording videos and taking photos with multiple cameras, rather than for live streaming. The on-screen camera controls are part of the recording interface and are not intended to appear in the final recorded video. We appreciate your feedback and will consider ways to make the app’s intended use clearer in future updates.

It’s great except…

I tried it and then paid for ad free. Then after playing around with it, I found out there is NO image stabilization. Unacceptable. I’d have to send it to my computer, edit and stabilize it. Before publishing. “Sigh”

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the disappointment. You’re right — DualCam Pro currently doesn’t include built-in video stabilization. We understand how useful this would be, especially when recording handheld, and we’ll definitely consider adding stabilization in a future update. Thank you for supporting the app and for helping us improve it!
