App will not connect.
Worthless just like there head units
Just like the head unit Dual is a horrible company that cares not for there customers nor customer service I knew better than to buy a budget head unit or a Dual head unit for that matter but the silence in my truck was killing me.
As far as the app I never got out of the device connecting loading screen. Maybe cuz there last update for this app was 4 yrs ago and I have a iPhone 13 Pro.
Needless to say this is getting deleted and the head unit returned and I’ll just wait to spend the extra money on a good head unit or anything that’s not Dual

It keeps buffering

It’s cool to have a easy remote but push One button and the whole App starts loading all over again and it doesn’t stop
Read a lot of reviews but here’s decent one.
I had luck It worked for me I have iPhone 6plus n I have no good luck only bad 99% but 1st use the Bluetooth, 2nd when you try to connect the ride up turns off you have to turn it back on n it connects or it will load forever... so far seems good I’ll leave updated review after week or two. But I’m glad I can listen To my music through Bluetooth n not Aux... now the bad is something is up with the cam I have to go over the wires might be the camera it’s self that’s broke. But nothin major for me... for the price it works hope you all the best!!!

Worst app ever
I’ve tried many of times of downloading it on different devices but the app is so buggy it boots up to “Connecting Device” and stays like that.
Needs work lot’s of work
I’ve tried everything in the world to get this app just connected but it never does. Bluetooth connects instantly to iPhone but app never works. Updated phone and app, no go. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. Needs LOTS of work

This app won’t go any further than Device Connecting. Unless you want to waste your time, don’t use this app.

The app is beyond basic it’s literally just one screen/a radio remote that you can basically do on the radio and the app refuses to connect after being able to connect only once.

I can read fine and have a compatible stereo and the app does nothing but try to load and never actually loads. Just because it worked for you doesn’t mean people can’t read, the manual with the stereo says it’s compatible

Are you KIDDING me? FIVE DIFFERENT APPA with the same name; no indication which app is for what unit — AND NONE OF THEM CONNECT WITH MY BRAND-NEW UNIT! And the app appears to be the ONLY WAY to control what used to be called the “fader” between front and back, now called “Zone,” with the unit face only enabling you to turn Zone 1 off completely, muting BOTH front and read speakers. COME ON, DUAL — THIS IS PATHETIC!!!

When spending well over $100 and having an iPhone X you’d think the app would be correct, but it’s not. It connects just fine, but the app shows all these different features but only has the remote which is everything I can do without being on my phone.
Not happy
When you get the app it shows all these cool windows that show different settings but when you get the app there is only one window and not much in that one. And yes I have the right app the right phone all of that but what I don't have is any settings button.

Not working like use to
I use to be able to adjust the settings from the app ie: fade, balance, etc - no more. Also, now says “device connecting...” and spinning. However, it says on the display of the stereo that it is connected. What gives? Please fix prior to boating season.
Useless app
The App says you have three or four screens you can change with the mode settings but the app will not let you go past the main screen which makes this app totally useless.
