Still ads after paying

I get pop-up ads between games even after paying to remove ads. And despite what the developer says, there is no “restore purchases” option anywhere in settings. Tried deleting and reinstalling, nope. Still can’t restore purchases. Too bad, because the game itself is clever and fun. But there’s no excuse for greed and bad programming like this. Buyer beware. Same as the title, I paid to have ads removed and they’re still present in my game

We are very sorry that you can't remove ads. The configuration files might be crashed. Please the RESTORE button on the SHOP menu. If you cannot recovery your issuses, pleases perform the following steps. 1. Remove Dual Match 3. 2. Download Dual Match 3 again. 3. Tap the RESTORE button on the SHOP menu. The REMOVE ADS function removes the video ads and the banner ads from between games(interstitial ads). So it cannot remove reward ads to get 1000 coins. We hope that this will be sufficient to recover your issues and address any inconvenience this may have caused you.
