This is not a useless app at all just a waste of money and I can’t get a refund keeps logging me out of chat and ask to scan QR code all the time so dissatisfied and so disappointed

Paid for the annual subscription and it doesn’t work! I tried to get it refunded and it was refused - don’t waste your money
I’m looking for an alternative…the new version sucks
I upgraded at a first time cost for this service. No problem, I loved the previously version.
Now, I have to link my phone at least twice a day with the QR code for it to work.

Cuando recibo un mensaje no suena no notifica absolutamente nada , también la pantalla no encaja a la perfección en el móvil si por ejemplo envío un archivo , queda faltando un trozo porque no se puede ver normalmente si no que corta la conversación . En fin

Photo error
For some reason the app flips my profile photo when I upload it..also hard to find directions on how to add someone to list
Went from free to paid and got worse
Does the job but frequently logs itself out meaning you have to relink from your phone. Not good
It’s not working
The code to link the number it’s not working. I think it is ridiculous, you need to pay straight away instead of having a week trial…. Now I subscribed for a year but I don’t have the app because doesn’t work!!
Fast becoming irritating…
For some unknown reason I keep getting logged out and sometimes this is midway through writing a message! This is becoming increasingly frequent and I have contacted Dual Messenger on previous occasions and none of them have been delivered. The original, and free, version was far better and I’m considering leaving this particular App

Downgrade app
This app getting worse from time to time, everytime i open the app, the system forced to logout, and now i can’t copy paste picture from gallery to box chat. Is this u called simple and fast?
Disappointing
Keeps logging me out and asking me to re link to phone. 4 times yesterday. Old App never used to do this! Please fix.

They changed the app…
It used to be Whatpad, with a one time purchase. Now they change the name and is a subscription app👎🏽. If i could give it 0/5 rating i wouldve.
