App crashes when I need it most
Why does your app crash all the time?!
Can't enroll
The app itself works I guess but every time I try to enroll, I get an error message telling me that the information I have entered is invalid. No. No, it's not.
Tons of features & reliable
This app has features to cover all of my online banking needs. Mobile deposit, bill pay, pay a person, etc. Most important, it’s reliable!
Won’t Load
This app was great at first. Now, when you try to login, it just spins & doesn’t ever load. When I called customer service, they said to uninstall it then reinstall. The first time I did that, it worked. But, the next time I wanted to use the app, it did the same thing. I tried the same fix, but that didn’t work. So I shut down my phone & brought it back up, reinstalled the app & then it worked. BUT, I have to do this every time! I have the newest iPhone 10 so this shouldn’t be an issue. Get this fixed PLEASE!!!

Awesome app!!!
DB&T nailed it with this app!!! I now understand the benefit of the big bank punch with the community bank touch.
What I like about this app:
-transfers from/to external accounts are easy as at my finger tips.
-estatements are right on my phone
-all the functionality I needed to go to a desktop computer for is on my phone
-navigation is easy and intuitive

Crashes frequently
App crashes every time I try to deposit a check through mobile deposit. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, same result.
Great app!
I normally don't write reviews, but this is a must download. I can transfer money on the go, plus setup balance alerts. I highly recommend taking advantage of the mobile remote deposit!
Gets worse and worse
In the three years I've been a DB&T customer, this app has gotten clunkier and clunkier. Charges that used to post in minutes or hours now takes days. You never know if you're looking at an updated version of your account or not. The combination of this and no Apple Pay support has me reconsidering my banking needs.

50/50 chance of working
Odds are 50/50 that it will open on my iPad. When it does work is very easy to use.
Mobile deposit doesn't work
Three iPhones and mobile deposit does not work on any of them. Something clearly needs to be corrected. Otherwise a good app.
Frustrating!
Doesn't remember devices, constantly have to re-register device and wait for text message access code (several times each day). Others I have spoken too have the same issue. Overall very slow. Website is worthless as well.
Minor issue
I like the app in general, but would like to be able to view my pending transactions like the last app.....
Works like it should
App was fast and I already deposited a check with it. Note: you have to enable the check deposit feature online first.
