Fun game but glitching every level

Every couple levels the screen will go free I can see my player hero’s don’t move and I can’t see enemies. Can complete the level then it freezes at the end screen

Only AI support 100% useless

Account got wiped. Tried to contact support. No support mechanism apart from an endless AI loop. Game is just a level up cash grab too. Gives ducks a bad name. Avoid.
