Great app

The app is great, the how to videos are easy to understand, and they give you tips on when it’s best to use the different calls. I can’t wait to go duck hunting.

Duck Slayer!

I thought I was decent at duck calling until I got this app. It taught me what I was doing wrong and how I could improve. Can’t wait to whack some ducks using my new calling skills!

Not even for beginners

To charge for this app is honestly a crime. The app offers a meaningless 5 minutes of how to, which can be found on-line for free.

NO CONTENT

7 or so videos, 1-2 minutes each, in a $5 app. Am I missing something? I’m pretty dumbfounded that this is all this app offers — I was lead to believe it would be in-depth call instruction. I can get way way more from any number of YouTube videos. I emailed the developers to ask if there would be more added content, and they didn’t respond. Really wishing I could get my money back.

Thanks for the candid feedback. I’ve not seen an email from you, so my apologies that there was no response. My email is tayler@gotgametech.com. Please feel free to e-mail at any time. We do have plans to add additional content to the app over time, so definitely stay tuned for updates. But I’m wondering if you were able to explore everything the app has to offer. In addition. To instructional videos, there is also an audio section where you can practice your calls and a tips section that explains the calls and when to use them. Have you been able to try out those sections? The app has only been out for a couple months, and we save updates until the off season so as not to interrupt app usage. Notwithstanding, if you’d like a refund we understand and can make that happen.

Not nearly as good as ElkNut or turkeytech

Not nearly as good as ElkNut or turkeytech which are published by the same software developer. The how tos are super basic and don’t explain the why or how real well like the other apps.

Useful resource

Has been useful in learning to call, still advancements need to be done to justify the cost. Would be nice to have other species specifically 6-1 whistle and a wood-duck call.

Perfect for learning to call

If you’re a beginner caller and are looking to get a solid foundation to work from this app should be your go to. If you’ve been calling for a while but don’t really know when or why you’re using the call you are this app will explain each sound and let you know when and why to use it.
