Doesn’t need to be an app and didn’t do what I needed
Canceling your membership should really be something you can do through a website, not an app. It was annoying to have to download this. I also signed up for a membership with my license plate, and there’s no option to manage a membership without an email and password. Big waste of time.

Went to my local Chevron location and I wanted a one time wash. The attendant told me that it was cheaper to sign it for the membership and that it automatically cancels so I don’t need to worry about canceling it.
He handed me my receipt and it clearly says on the receipt that it’s a recurring charge and it even has the next payment date for next month. I am attempting to cancel the membership same day but again their website refers you to the app and the app has no way of identifying your existing account.

This app is not only designed horribly, but the company doesn’t even know about its existence. You pay for a membership, but they can’t use it at the wash locations. Brian damage and wasted money!

This app only lists partial locations. When you try to manage your account online, it refers you over to the app. But the app won’t let you list your location or it doesn’t have any of your account information. So in essence they make it very, very difficult to cancel, your subscription

Scam
I tried cancelling my membership online, but there was no way to do that. I never created an online account nor does my card info or license plate link me to my account. I tried calling the location I bought my membership at. Some lady gave me a number to Chevron. I called her back and she said she can give me a number to the manager at the location I got my membership at. When I asked for her name, she hung up. I had to get a new card so that they don’t bill me again.
Do yourself a favor and do the same thing so that you don’t get charged monthly.

Easy to use! Flexible I just show up and show the attendant the app to verify my membership and I go right through the tunnel.

I started a membership at a location and there is now way to create an account linked to the one I already started so now I have no way of controlling that membership.

I went to my local Chevron in Campbell CA where I used to get car washes. I had a free one which they did not honor because the change to this new one. The person working there was very nice (that is the only thing positive in this review) and she helped me with all the questions. When I entered the tunnel there was a guy with a small hose throwing water at my car(!) which actúa did not help. I was shocked when the car entered the tunnel. Before (former Chervron car wash) you’ll drive to a point and stop there. There was a mechanical arm going back and forth and cleaning your car. On this new one, your car is dragged through it. It lasts barely 2 minutes and the impression is that a large mop keeps hitting your car. It is super crappy and did not do anything to the small drops of tree sap my car was all covered with (the former one would have removed it even in the ‘touch free’ setting which was what liked about it. Even the ‘soft touch’ was ok for my older car. But this new one is complete useless. It seems like technology from 2 centuries ago and lasts barely two minutes (the other one was more than double even for the cheapest wash). I had to go back in again and even after the second wash the tree sap is there. A complete scam. If you do not believe it then go and experience it for yourself.

It won’t let me select my near Ducks Car Wash in Daly City ( Westlake)
Not impressed
Tried to sign up for car washes. Their site spits out error messages with no fix apparent.
Doesn’t remember you signed up
Sign up on the app and sign up online and still it says no data even though you have been going to them for a year. Not only that they don’t keep track of the payments you have made based on your license plate. You are not able to add your license plate to your account when you sign up. What kind of sense does that make?
