Very Dissapointed
This app and the wifi connection as a whole are very poorly designed. Several times my entire AC unit will just disappear and I have to manually re-add it. When I try to control the unit, it only responds to my input about one in every seven or eight tries. As best I can tell, the geofencing feature is completely broken. Scheduling only works part of the time. The interface constantly glitches, showing the unit is off or on heat when it is on cool. It will go back and forth between settings without me even touching anything. It switches back to Celsius constantly, even though I’ve repeatedly chosen Fahrenheit. Trying to remotely control the unit is completely useless when I cannot tell if it is responding to any of my commands and I cannot reliably even tell what the current state of the settings are. On top of it all, the instructions and interface are in poor English. Useless!
