Dude! Simply brilliant. Love it
This has made things so easy. Trips to Costco or buying bigger items or small moves are now not a hassle. The app is great, simple and easy. The dudes are always smiling too, service is always great.

Awesome every time
Recently moved and had to pick up furniture from different places, ordered a dude every time and it worked out so well! Even at ikea, requested a dude on the app and was able to transport the new furniture to my home that day!!

Service & business concept are iGREAT if you can actually negotiate complex app to contact, to place an order for a truck and dude. The App is impossible. I’ve tried it several times. It needs to read order a dude, & then enter info. Due to difficulty I suggest get names & contact info for local truck owners to enable access to a truck with driver.

Sorry you had a hassle with the app. We built it to be as simple as humanely possible to navigate. Also, our app does not work the way that you have described. Sorry for any inconvenience, would have been more helpful to get this feedback from you directly so we could help you navigate instead of just throwing a cheap shot our way on the app store.

I had just bought bunk beds for my daughters off Craigslist. I had no way to transport them.
But I was not going to lose the great deal I had just scored.
In comes the dude app! It was quick, simple and easy. I paid using the app (no awkward money exchange) the dude arrived with the bunk beds (cue the jumping children) I felt safe and incredibly pleased. The best part is that I did not have to bother or wait for my husband ...;)

This has potential
This app has a lot of potential but has very low traffic running through my area. Also you must be 21 to become a Driver. If I am not carrying passengers then the age is 18 to drive.
Easy to use
Dude is awesome! A friend of mine told me about dude when I bought a new couch on Craigslist. I downloaded the app, set the addresses to get the couch and where to deliver it. Then boom! My dude showed up when I needed him to. Super easy! I'll definitely use this again for the big screen TV I'm getting for my boyfriend for Xmas!

Uhaul= Pain in my My CASH
Finally a brilliant idea as an alternative to Uhaul. You tell me when you actually paid the price they have on the side of their vehicles of $19.99? Exactly!!! NEVER!!! Then if you use a blanket or dolly forget about it. Maybe you'll get a better deal if you just give them your debit card and pin # upfront, because we all know they get you in the end some way or another, like if the gas needle is 1/16 of inch lower then when got it, you get jammed for $12. Enough about the criminals. The Dudes are where it's at when it comes to micro moving no more trying find that friend who swore he'd return the favor when you helped him. Now just get a Dude. Set a pick up location, then a destination and they'll give you a price. A Dude with a truck shows up and off you go. No more embarrassing trips home with a mattress tied down to the top of your Prius while you hold it down with one arm out the window, and don't lie, we have all been there but no more, because now we have the Dude. Trust me, JUST DUDE IT!

This is not just another "oh and me" uber model. These guys are serious and serving a segment that helped me out greatly. Who wants to rent a truck and do the work themselves? Not I.
App service is just like an über and the service is remarkable. Our crap (large shelves) showed up on time and the driver was really friendly.
