Terrible

Terrible!!! Nothing works not even the QR code -_- I guess I’ll keep using the actual remote

Worthless App

Will Not Add Ceiling Fans. Worthless app.

App

Can’t work fan

Can’t work it while light not on

Simple it won’t allow me to use it with the light not on, seriously like how the heck do they not even think of that.

Verification code does not work

Cannot get the verification code in my email so I cannot make the app work. What can I do know??

Doesn’t work

The App doesn’t work every time I try to connect it to the fan/light the app just stalls and nothing. I wish that people that make apps check that they work before they release it.

i like it

nothing fancy, works as should. I do wish I knew what the timer did.

App is VERY BASIC!!!

The app works but way too basic for ceiling fan use. You can’t change the name for the ceiling fan if you have multiple fans and would like to identify each one differently. I created a room, but when you open the app up you automatically default to the first one listed (hall) which has noting listed u see it. I wish you could reorganize the rooms on your app so that the new room I created will show up first and not look like my app is empty! The fan is hardwired to wall switch. If you turn off the wall switch and at some point turn it back on, fan defaults to off power and you have to use the remote or app to turn it back on instead of it turn on automatically from last setting.

Not very intuitive or user-centric App

If the device is in landscape the whole app UI bugs out since everything becomes enlarged and out of position, making it unusable so you gotta keep phone in portrait and reopen the app. The UI toggle switches do not sync up to the current state of the fan. The fan on/off and light on/off toggle switches are not synced when the app is reopened. With the fan off from the physical remote, the app still shows the toggle on. The slider elements for brightness and colour temperature you need to tap on it for it to sync since sliding it left and right doesn’t work in real time. I found the remote and the app have the directions mixed up since forward gives a downward breeze and the reverse gives a downward breeze in the app. The fan direction should say Downward (not Natural) and Reverse should say Upward , with the Downward having a summer icon and the Upward having a winter icon due to the typical use cases during those seasons. If they improve these major fixes to make it more user-centric and be in sync than it will be great!
