Don’t understand it
I don’t understand why I can’t transfer from an outside account to this account. It keeps telling me I can only transfer 0.01 as a daily limit?

Why in world did they change the features on DFCU? Make things so difficult! Should have left it like it was
Multiple accounts
I added my personal account to the joint account for this app. Then I deposited two checks, but I cannot tell to which account it went into, other than recalling what the balance should be in the account I wanted these checks to go into. Also, it appears there is still no option to deposit directly into savings. That would be a feature I would like to see added.

Awkward, poor security
There’s no longer an option to use passwords longer than 4 digits, no way to use letters or special characters to make password secure.
If your family has more than one account, all transactions show up as a single jumbled list. Can’t see which transaction is on which account without opening each account separately within the app.
No separate list of pending bill pay transactions.
Setup is fussy but manageable, with 2 factor login, but once set up is done security is laughable. Poor choice for a MOBILE app, as phones, tablets, etc are much easier to steal or lose than a larger home computer.
