Pathetic never buy from dukan
Dukan has very bad management
They deducted 3 time for one online transaction and they did not replied since 5 days and did not reversed my money yet order id ORD000005300
Even they don’t have any contact no to call and call register the issue

بمجرد اني احاول اعرض السلة التطبيق يطلعني بشكل تلقائي... حاولت احذفه وارجع احمله لكن نفس المشكلة
خاصية البحث جدا سيئه
خاصية البحث عن المنتجات جداً سيئه ولا يظهرلك النتايج زين وحتى لو بحثت عن منتج واخترته من اللسته ما يظهرلك
Can’t check Dukan Plus points balance!
I couldn’t find an option on the App or your website to check the Dukan Plus points program balance! Customers need a way to check their accumulated points balance.
Most of the store cashiers don’t know how to retrieve the points balance too!
I shopped at several Dukan stores and only one out of those had an employee who knew how to retrieve my points balance. He is not available though in all store shifts, and his colleagues at the same store don’t know the trick to provide the needed info!
Is there a way to add that to your App?!
