Multiple Bugs that need fixing
The new update is slow, not very intuitive and keeps logging you out. Please bring the old app back or fix the multiple bugs with this new update.

Transferring Money is the worst I’ve seen.
The international transfer function is horrendous, continues to loads until eternity when trying to transfer money.
Crashes
Complicated, keeps on crashing. Enter beneficiaries and need to delete enter again because of special character.
Needs Update
App seems to crash multiple times and is not aligned properly for 12 mini the bottom screen button is unresponsive
Poor quality App
I generally have to log in at least 5 times before it allows me access.
Very frustrating if you have bills to pay and can not log in for hours
Will Barwa management take action and resolve this? This type of poor quality app does a disservice to the poor staff who work very hard only to be let down by poor management and their inability to resolve customer issues.

Face ID still doesn’t work
Over 1 year of waiting and still no working Face ID
Unreliable
The program keeps crashing, or indicating that you have successfully accessed your account, but won’t let you do anything. IBQ app was much better. Also, when you try to access the account via the internet, you are taken to the App Store, so you have no choice but to use your computer. Overall, the app is about 50% reliable and works inconsistently. Mar 2020

Keeps crashing on login
I get as far putting in my pin code before it disappears off the screen. Usually it takes 2 to 3 attempts for it actually login without disappearing of my screen.
Also, same as the other reviewer- what need is there for microphone access, also can’t use the app if listening to things on my phone. Please remove this.

Crashing
The app crashes multiple time before I m able to log in.
Unstable
The app is unstable and unreliable, Face ID set up but the app is giving an error message, it’s annoyingly says the (successful log in) with nothing happening! Some times it’s takes 10 min to get an OTP.and there website has problems as well....

is this really an upgrade from the previous app? it looks more than a downgrade. its very inconvenient since there’s no option to pay our water and electricity
