Multiple Bugs that need fixing
The new update is slow, not very intuitive and keeps logging you out. Please bring the old app back or fix the multiple bugs with this new update.
New App Doesn’t Work!
When I opened the new app, it wont let me login to my account. I tried to click FORGOT CREDENTIALS but it doesn’t allow me to complete the recovery process, even I’m using the correct information. This is ridiculous!! I need to move to a new bank.

New Update disappointing
The newly updated app doesn’t work. Even the customer service rep cannot help me to access my mobile app account and ask me to wait for god knows how long before their IT team will respond. Unhelpful. Extremely Disappointed.
The worst apps
They just changed the apps. I cant even login to my own account. Come on, how come you do a major change to an apps without considering the problems of the slow moving apps. People are using mobile apps 24/7 nowadays for everything. This problems cause inconvenient to users in every way.

Outdated
Comparing to QNB and QIB. The App is outdated and useless.
Powerful App but need a fast and modern interface
The app is working well but it feels like a basic interface with slow transitions. Security can also be improved. The bank has certainly capability to be the best in qatar to provide best e solutions and digital banking. Hope you will upgrade the app to more efficient interface with modern vibe in the upcoming updates.
