Not worth it at all
This is not a dulcimer tuner at all no pitch is correct.
Dulcimer tuner it is not
Does not work as tuner. Just plays a note
Um.... it’s $0.99 - No need to complain
This is exactly what I was looking for. If you want to be a better player then learning to tune by ear is the best way to start off.
Tip: Transpose +2 sounds amazing.

Learn to tune without a tuner
Many reviewers have the mistaken notion this is s tuner. It is not. It’s designed to help you hear the sounds so you can learn to tune without a tuner that’s how the Old timers did it.
Do not buy
Garbage!
Yep...trash
No more helpful than doing it by ear. Was hoping for mic feedback.
Waste of money
Lousy app. Paid a dollar to hear a few notes. Doesn't tell you if you're on point. You can get another app for $3 for a real tuner.
Regret it
This tuner plays the note but does not use microphone to indicate if you are spot on.
Wasted money
Not a tuner, just gives correct sound (according to other posts. Mine however gives no sound at all. Bought two versions of this app and neither does anything except show string location on the instrument. Very angry when people take money from me and I get nothing for it. Thief!!!!!
No sound
No sound
Don't Spend Money On This
Tunes by sound ONLY you can get FREE digital tuner apps. All you have to know is D AA and take that to a guitar tuning app.. Bug Disappointment!
Save your money
Weak, worthless, just silly
Disappointed
I was hoping it would listen to my string plucks and show me when it reached the desired tuning, but it doesn't. It's tuning by matching the app's tone with your string's tone.
Very effective
This is a simple elegant app to tune a dulcimer. It works well. Quick and simple. Easy to tune anywhere.
Limited
Tunes the "old fashion" way with the sound of the 3 notes: the low D, the A in between, and the higher D. If your hearing is as bad as mine, you may have a problem. They have another version for DAA--no need to buy that: you have the A already in this app. Really, they should just make one app with all the tunings: DAC, DAG, etc., just make it switchable. And in reality, look at some of the other more "modern" tuners before you buy this. But it does work....
