What projects?
Even if you have created projects the app will crash before it is able to find them.

It was wonderful but now stuck in “preparing your app”. Ios26.

Whoever created this needs sacking - instantly. On starting the app it is perm stuck in a ‘please wait while app loads updates’
Couldn’t get it to load
I was unable to get it to load. Probably is a really good and useful app,, pretty gutted it wouldn’t load that’s the only reason for the 3 stars

Have been unable to get beyond “preparing application”.
Have tried for over 20 mins, several times today.

For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been getting the same error every time I try to launch the app. Even after updating, the exact same error still occurs. Please fix it ASAP
Good idea, but!
Nice idea, very useful but don’t know how accurate the colours will be until I get some testers. However, what was really annoying was how it kept crashing, a lot!
Ok but
Taking 5 minutes plus just to open the app. Now deleted, it’s faster to drive to the shop.
Will not load
Downloaded today but it just keeps saying preparing my system getting about 75% loaded then crashes. Which judging by other reviews is standard sadly.

Rubbish
It told me to add my favourite paints to my project so I picked 20. Took me ages. Called the project Hallway. When my hubby came home only the last paint I put in there was actually saved.

This app is awful.
Takes an age to load and doesn’t look very professional when trying to show your customers some ideas.
I’m a professional painter & decorator and have had a dulux account for years now, I know they earn an absolute fortune on paint and can’t even manage to get an app right.

App not loading
App never loads, tried deleting and reinstalling which maybe lets it work for a day but then straight back to nothing, which is a shame as I use it a lot when I could get it to load.
A once perfect app gone

New app
The new app is a load aSH##, it took 36.34 min to up load. Get it sorted if you want trade people to use it.
