Too hard to use
Couldn’t be more counterintuitive if they tried. Easier to paint the room to see what it looks like than try and wrestle the app into submission.
Useless App
This is clunky, unreliable and crashes frequently. There is nothing intuitive about this app, projects disappear regularly and adding mixer colours is not easy. This is not a quick way to visualise how a room may look on your chosen colour or to quickly swap them around. Not exactly a good tool for enhancing sales!

App not maintained
This app was useful once but is now clearly abandoned as a sort of low expectation sales tool. No search by colours by the names on the shade cards or by the product line. No labels on the multi colour selection view. No ability it seems to separate the walls from the ceiling 🤷🏼♂️. C’mon Azko, you can spare the cost of doing something imaginative.

Lots of bleeding
The edge detection is pretty poor compared to other apps, colour frequently bleeds to other areas

Too difficult to use
I tried to use this app but after 2 hours of trying I felt like throwing the iPad at the wall.
The app is not intuitive, every step change is torture, it’s simply a pain in the arse to use.
I was left saying to myself - sod it, I’ll just buy some white trade paint and paint the walls and ceilings the same.
Dulux- if you want people to not freak out with this app make it easier to use or provide some basic instructions.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Absolute joke. Doesn’t, no idea what it’s supposed to do. Obviously fake reviews
Useful but crashes a lot!
This app is useful but you need patience as it crashes a lot during use.
Projects not working
I have saved colours to a project, but if I try to access the project there is just a search bar, then the app crashes…
Dulux Heritage
Downloaded because I wanted to see the Heritage colours. The website recommended and directed me to this app. However, none of this range is available. So this app is useless for me personally.
All my projects lost
I used this app to choose colours for decorating the whole house and it was great to use. I saved 11 colour projects on it, but they are now lost since the last update that cleared them all from the app although it still says they are there. When I go to manage projects nothing appears and there’s only a search option. It’s so annoying as I need to redecorate rooms owing to water damage and wanted to use the same colours again. Is there any way a developer could sort the app, or suggest a fix so that I can retrieve my projects? The App Support only takes me to the app FAQs etc.

Useless
I want to visualise a chimney breast in a contrasting colour to the walls either side. It paints everything in just one colour. I cannot get the masking tape feature to split the wall into three.
New update ruined App for iPad!
Went into the app today to play with some new room colours. I’ve been using it in the past month on my iPad (and over previous years) but now it only works portrait and that is rubbish. Thanks for nothing Dulux 😡
Terrible!!
Just doesn’t work as it should. Different walls get different colours, spills onto woodwork and doors. Deleting immediately!!
Projects function doesn’t work
You can save colours to a project but if you try to view projects the app automatically closes, frustrating!
My projects
The app freezes and closes trying to access the projects I have saved . Unhappy that I can not see the paints I have saved to the projects.
Keeps crashing - can’t retrieve projects
Added 7 projects, some with one or two colours and another with multiple as it’s a current project that is being worked on. Closed app and opened it a few hours later to check colours on the project which is being worked on. No projects load and then app just crashes.

it just tints the entirety of my room a colour - the floor/window panes / furniture. useless
Good idea / doesn’t work
Doesn’t match colours properly. I ended up with colours way off
great app but crashes after a few projects
i love using the app to find colours and then see combinations that compliment. unfortunately the app crashes after saving colours for a few projects. despite that i have tried to reinstall the app but now i have to sadly give up.
