Good but almost perfect

Workout feels fine, but the timer is broken

Simple and very useful for a beginner

I am just starting at doing some weight training and this app is easy to use, offers planned workouts, and is free. A nice relief when so many apps require subscriptions now.

Mindless in the best way!

Fantastic app. It splits a whole-body workout into three groups which auto-rotates. It gives all the exercise you need to work every muscle group with accompanying videos, text details and tips for each and every one. It plans my dumbbell workouts for me so I don’t have to plan anything extra!

Love it

Simple and effective

Fast and well designed workouts. Easy to record and progress.

Great app, minor bugs

Love the clean design and simplicity. Very easy to track workouts. Analytics tab is *chefs kiss*

Hoping the developer reads this because there are some minor bugs that need to be fixed:

(1) the “how-to” links are a bit buggy - sometimes the article is complete with the video, other times it flashes the video very quickly and then a pop-up with the written instructions covers the whole screen. Impossible to go back and watch the video when this is the case.

(2) if you open the “how-to” after you complete a set, the timer tracking your rest will freeze. So far the only way I can get the timer to continue is by backing out of the current workout and opening it again. This resets the timer back to 0:00.

Again, minor, but very frustrating if I’m looking to reference these resources mid-workout.

Lastly, just a suggestion. But it would be great if more workouts were added, with the option to customize each rotation. Like a “library” of lifts for each split where you can check/uncheck what should be included for each workout.

I’ve only done a few lifts with the app and so far so good, but ultimately I’d look for a little more diversity in my workouts.

Nevertheless thanks for making this. It’s been a great tool to track home workouts during quarantine.

Cheers

Simple. Easy to use

Dumbbell workout

This a great app! It helps me stay on top of exercise, because I can add my lifts right after I complete them! Also I don’t have to carry my workouts with me in a log book!

Thanks,
