Why is it displaying in French when in the settings I have ENGLISH

What’s wrong with the settings?? In the app settings I have English selected. My travel agent is in Quebec and because they are French I keep getting everything in French even though in the app settings I selectENGLISH. WHAT KIND OF STUPID PROGRAM IS THIS ? I don’t speak French.
