Search for nearest doesn’t work.
Really bad app, don’t charge a fee for something that doesn’t work.
UPDATED Nov2021. Even though I sent in an update for our towns DP to be added months ago, it still isn’t there. I can’t find any search function for keywords either.
This Ap is so unreliable is better to just use good old WikiCamps.

Hi mikamika mika. edit ***You never responded to the below back in April so we could not resolve your issue, can you please remove this review if it is no longer relevant. It is not fair to leave it when we didn't get the chance to fix your issue. :) *** Sorry that you don't like Dump Point Finder. The key word "Search" function literally searches key words in the addresses of the database. It is slightly limited in that way and we do want to improve it. However if you use the "Map All" feature or the "Nearest" feature it should work well. There is an option to send feedback within the app so we can update the Dump Point locations or address any issues. Can you please send the location that you could not find and we will review it and edit in the next update (if it's not there). We created this app as a not for profit. The small footer ads in the app and the nominal charge is just until we can recoup the development costs. We are just people who like camping and need to find dump points. If possible please review your rating based on the above as a one star will put off people who will find the app useful too. Regards Martin DPF

Hi Frog2012-5732, We are running this as a community service app and as such all proceeds go back in to the development costs. We do it in our spare time (hence the delay replying) and it takes time and money to keep things up to date. We have kept the cost of the app very low and the google ads are the unobtrusive footer ones not the full page ones, so you can click on them if you want to or ignore them. We also earn maybe $30 a month from the footer ads. Honestly your review reduces sales and as such it increases the time in-between updates. If the app works, please give it 5 stars.
