Downloaded the app and straight away had an error - uninstalled.
Dumb App
Extremely frustrating experience. I scanned my books and placed the order three separate times. Each time, the order was initially confirmed, only to be cancelled the very next day without any clear explanation. This is unreliable and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

Poor response
After accepting and approving order there is no response and pick up by the company. Emails and WhatsApp messages remain unanswered. It was a waste of time to list books on this app.
Easy and convenient
The Pickup is done by them, and they give the price according to the demand, but I personally feel that the prices can be a little better :)
Don’t sell them your books
I sold 27 books to this company, a person came to pick it up and told me i would get the money in a few days but i still haven’t gotten the money and the point of call is not picking up the call. They are Frauds.
Misleading
Please be aware that pickup services in India are available only in Bangalore and Delhi, as of today. Not sure of this, but this is what I was told. This is not mentioned anywhere. Wasted time, scanning and uploading book details.

Selling prices are way too low and minimum 15 books are required to sell

I listed 15 books to sell and here what i got in response
1.for 2 days,they were showing that order will be picked up and at 3rd day when I messaged on WhatsApp the response was trash
2.first they accept when we add the books after some time they refuse the request

Rude and unprofessional
They waste your time and energy. Will ask you to get the box and courier it to them. No pickup facility. Initially we could find used books on their other app book chor for genuine prices. Now it is also exuberant

Useless app. Took me half an hour to select all my books and they didn’t take 1 minute to cancel the order and in response they argue to sell only novels instead of engineering books. How foolish is that, Then why did they name there app “sell any book”? Absolutely ridiculous and app is dump.

I ordered a pickup and got no response after reaching to customer care WhatsApp number and even on their Instagram page. Few days later, they cancelled the pickup without any message or communication. Both this app and bookchor are fraud people
Good place to sell books. Doorstep pick up is great and very convenient.
This is a legit review. I'm a customer in Chennai and I was searching for the longest time for a proper place to sell my old novels. My main requirement was for doorstep pick up. I finally found the DUMP app and I tried them out.
You have to scan or manually enter each books ISBN number and they automatically give you a price for that book. for further legitimacy, I contacted them and gave them my order ID and asked them what the next procedure was.
they told me to pack it all into a box, they sent me a label and they booked a pick up date from the address given.
the pick up was done and they received my box, they double checked all the books as they check for piracy as well. then they gave me a total amount based on number of books accepted or rejected due to piracy, if any.
I received my payment within five business days.
So overall, I would recommend this app to anybody looking for a doorstep pickup to sell their books. It was super convenient for me. I will definitely be using this app service again.

The name of this app should be DUMB instead
Useless worthless app this is. I placed order for pickup 2times and failed no response from that side. people really have the audacity to make a app and promote it through insta content creators and not even update its customer
I can get alot more money from the local market even from the raddi wala than this app here
For the company or the creator of this app i really wish you better up the app and actually make it work your concept is great. I appreciate that but also understand ones time and trust they spend on such platform that doesn’t give what they need.

Dump app is really dump
It is very bad app don’t think that your book will pickup in 24hr it like fake app and I place order on 1st may and know one has come to pickup my book 22 days are gone.
One of the worst app
No one is answering or responding from there side no book is being picked after placing the order for about 3 months even the app is not working properly.

I get to know about this app from an instagram’s reel. I was excited to sell my books. I placed my order for pickup but now its over a month but no schedule to pickup is made. I rried contacting them through WhatsApp/mails, Really disappointed from the response.

Just a head up here if you don’t want to do the work atleast ban your app from every store. So stop people using it. It is very frustrating to use it.
