Poor

No customer service. The restaurant got our order wrong. Trying to look for a way to get it sorted via the app is nigh on impossible. Eventually found an email, which just got ignored. I’d just stick to the bigger apps, which will make sure they rectify any mistakes quickly. Unfortunately I can’t recommend, which is a shame as it feels like you’re buying local using this app.

Doesn’t offer reviews. Customer service non existent. Feels like takeaways use the service to get away with allowing poor food and poor delivery, knowing full well the customer can’t leave a bad review.

Worse App

This is the worst food ordering app which doesn’t have customer service only option to call restaurant, it doesn’t have in-app feedback. The takeaway in Asia Spices sent out an old pizza and old chips fried with oil tastes like kore than hours and only saying sorry and all! Seriously JustEat is a lot better, never faced such issue with JustEat or other big brands that provide compensation!

Forget JustEat and UberEat.

Love this app. Does the same as the other apps without hiking the prices and charging ridiculous delivery fees on top.
This is the only app anyone should be using for food delivery.
