What’s going on here?

Looks like it has potential. Not sure what the learning part is supposed to be. Plus gameplay seems slowed, like it’s in slow motion.

Confused

I’m not sure what the learn to build this game concept means but it’s incomplete. There is only one level to play and although it’s near flawless you can’t enjoy a single level forever. Multiple levels are shown on the map but they say coming soon when you try to access them.
