The game supposedly has Chinese language support, but I can't change the language in-game. Could you please update the game language settings?
Broken game
The games itself is great. The downside is that you get stuck in the portal as you progress. You can remove the app and redownload it however you have to play the first level again and work to unlock everything that you have already unlocked. I submitted a ticket if you’d even call it that but I haven’t heard back and have encountered the same issue four times. It doesn’t seem like the developers care. If they did and fixed the issues, this would be a phenomenal game.

Game is decent but lack of dev support
I’ve been enjoying this game for the past few weeks and recently I made a purchase on the game but unfortunately while making the purchase the game froze and closed itself causing me to lose my paid items. I’ve joined the discord and even sent an email but it’s been 2 days and I’ve yet to get any sort of response and it’s ridiculous. Also if you delete the game there is no way to regain your previous progress so you always have to start from the beginning

Fun but hard
First off, I purchased the no advertisement bundle: the game is great but need more gear/item drops. Gets boring after level 7 having to replay previous levels to earn sooo much gold to upgrade. If you want repeat customers please fix and make it fair to play. I’m pay to play and still can’t beat the level I’m on!

The insane grind of repetitive rooms
20 rooms each time? For what? Nothing changes.

The tutorial is very hard to get past.
You really have to do some finagling such as closing and reopening the game, quitting out of levels, not opening menus, etc to get past it.
Forced ADs
Not bad if you enjoy spending 30%-40% of your in-game time watching forced ads. The game itself is decent and has potential. The amount of forced ad time killed it for me after about 3-hours in.
Purchases
I purchased the 3.99 kings deal and it completely just took my money without giving me what I purchased. I just purchased two of the 99 cent diamonds package it said error payment was not processed but u still took my money.
Fun, but game completely stopped working and I lost my purchased items
I was super into this game, UNTIL the game had a game-breaking glitch where it completely stopped loading. I couldn’t get into the game to access any menus or anything. So when I deleted and redownloaded the game, I had lost all my items, including items I paid for. Buyer beware!
Great game until Level 6
I don’t normally write reviews about mobile games so here it goes.
Pros:
I found this game to be pretty good the flow of the game is a little slow to start, but one you get past the tutorial, it moves as a nice flow of gameplay.
The graphics nor the music is pretty good for a mobile game.
I like how (like or games) you usually have to run around and pickup your experience, but in this game, you get your levels and abilities (albeit temporarily for that level) when you complete a room.
The game runs smoothly and without any lag that I have seen
Now the Cons:
My first problem and probably the same with all others that have said this are the ADS.
There are completely too many ads with this game.
I have had ads pop when switching rooms on a level, opening a chest, and just exiting my inventory.
Another problem, which is the amount of gems to unlock characters and opening up 10 chests. It is waaaaay too high. It would take an extremely long time to get the amount of gems to even try to just one character unless….
Yep, that’s right Pay to unlock things (or P2W). Everything from getting the last 3 characters, to getting more gems, removing ads, and even accessing the pass (other than the free row), costs real money (and yes, it is a subscription) and it’s not cheap. So, unless you have a money tree on hand, this game will be a long grind for you if only…..
The game didn’t have game breaking bugs at level 6.
Yeah I know, I said it ran smoothly earlier. That was until I got to level 6.
When I got to level 6, about halfway thru, I was going to move to the next room (currently I was in the room with the money goblins), went thru the door and fell directly through the floor into the black screen of no return. I could see my character, I could move, but there was no going forward from that point. The only thing that I could do was exit the level, thus not completing level six. I tried several more time just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Nope! Every time same thing.
In conclusion:
This game was great, but until the game breaking bugs is fixed, the ads reduced, and the costs come down (even a little), then I wouldn’t pick this one up and move on to other games.

Daily Challenge is bugged
Daily challenge takes your stars to play but doesn’t let you play the level. Frustrating when you have to wait so long for them to fill back up, only to be robbed of them in less than ten seconds.
Overheats iPhone XS
Left it on pause for 1 min and phone burning hot to touch. this game is a physically dangerous risk to damage hardware

Buggy
It was fun. I even purchased a thing or two, but when I tried doing daily challenge, it bugged out the game. I cannot load in and I tried reinstalling. Needless to say, I lost all my progress. The games fun, but has ridiculous bugs as well as no account system to save progress. Play at your own risk.
