About
Five prayers. Every day. One simple visual record of consistency.
DuniyaDots tracks your salah the way a quiet journal would — visually, privately, and entirely on your device. Each day is five dots. Fill them as you pray.
No account. No server. No streaks to protect.
SEE YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Today is five dots — Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha — each showing its own time. The dot for the prayer you are in is the one that draws your eye. One tap marks a prayer; tapping again undoes it. That is the whole interaction, and it takes about a second.
PRAYER TIMES YOU CAN TRUST
Times are calculated on your device from your coordinates, never fetched from a server. Choose from six calculation methods — Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, Egyptian General Authority, University of Karachi and Moonsighting Committee — the Shafi'i or Hanafi Asr method, and a high-latitude rule for long summer days. If the times at your local mosque run a minute or two off, adjust each prayer individually.
LOCATION, ON YOUR TERMS
Use your device location, or pick a city by hand with no permission at all. DuniyaDots works either way, and neither is treated as a second-class option.
HISTORY THAT SHOWS THE PATTERN
Every day becomes five dots in a matrix you can read at a glance. Look back over 30 days, 3 months, a year, or everything you have ever logged. Tap any day to open it and fill in what you missed — a prayer only ever reads as "not logged" until you say otherwise, so a busy day is never silently marked against you. Filter down to a single prayer, like Fajr alone, to see the shape of one habit.
INSIGHTS, WITHOUT THE PRESSURE
A handful of honest numbers: prayers logged, days with all five, days with four or more, your best month, and a per-prayer consistency line. No leaderboards, no badges, no "don't break your streak." Consistency is worth building for its own sake.
A QUIET PLACE TO REFLECT
Each day can carry a short private note. Write one when you want to. Skip it when you don't. Nothing nags you either way.
YOUR DOTS, AS YOUR WALLPAPER
Turn your consistency into a lock screen or home screen image — five dots, or your last five weeks — in light or dark, sized for iPhone and iPad. Put it over your own photo, and dim the photo until the dots read clearly. A live guide shows exactly which parts of the screen iOS keeps for its clock and icons, so your dots never end up underneath them.
GENTLE REMINDERS
Notifications when a prayer time begins — all five, or only the ones you want — plus an optional nudge a few minutes before. Reminders are scheduled locally and stay under your control.
WIDGETS
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show today's dots and your next prayer at a glance. Mark a prayer as prayed straight from an interactive widget, without opening the app.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account and no sign-up
• Prayer history and reflections never leave your device
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising
• Works fully offline, including prayer times, widgets and reminders
ACCESSIBILITY
Full Dynamic Type support through the largest accessibility sizes, VoiceOver labels on every dot, respects Reduce Motion, and a considered light and dark appearance.
Optional Hijri date display. English interface, built for localisation.
