Dishonest seller
Seller sent different merchandises, not what I purchased. She never replied to emails, never apologized for being dishonest. I had to repack and return the wrong items to her. When I asked as to when would she send the correct order to me, no replies again. Even though she received the wrong items, she never updated status of my order and did not intend to ship them to me. She also did NOT take off items that are no longer in stock, they are still showed as in-stock. It’s not even my fault for her mistake but she refused to refund full amount (including shipping fee I had paid). DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL seller. Be careful and don’t waste your money and time. Don’t expect her to response and she won’t apologize. I had to dispute the transaction by calling my bank as she ignored all messages. What a SCAMMER !!!

Do not buy from here
Not sure why my original review was deleted, just like the one I posted on google but save your self the trouble and do not buy from Dunn Deals. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Emails go unanswered even though she posts on social media consistently. My order took weeks to arrive. It sat at her location for weeks before actually being shipped and this wasn’t even a preorder item. They also post on mercari, which they’re not supposed to sell wholesale JP items on. It’s for boutique only. Save yourself the trouble and just order from christmas traditions or purple box boutique.

Very Inconsistent Customer Service
I’ve made several purchases but it’s a roll of the dice if the item will 1) show up and 2) be in one piece. It’s a hassle to chase down a refund for items being advertised as in stock but never arriving. One time a refund showed up in my account in the app but another time I had to open a claim through Sezzle because I didn’t receive a reply to several emails I sent. It’s truly a gamble to order and it’s too bad because the items are very cute.

Numerous broken items
I’ve purchased from them numerous times. Due to poor packaging their items have arrived broken( several times). I’ve reached out to customer service about a return/refund and they ignore my emails.
This is why you can’t find stock in legitimate stores
They literally buy things from Marshalls and sell it at a huge markup. They do the same with HomeGoods websites and resell everything at HUGE markups. You’ll even find them doing the same thing on Amazon.
Beware, they routinely sell things they don’t have in their possession. They’re either hedging their bets they’ll find a closeout mug to markup and sell, or they’re trying to lure you into buying other items along with what they’ve baited you with.
